We caught the hop-on hop-off bus to visit Dublin today. We had a list of things to do (and i-spy spots to tick off) and the main event was to visit the ha’ penny bridge where 20 years ago today I proposed to Lillian. Photo taken and we then walked on to a small cafe for brunch. The afternoon was spent at the Guinness Storehouse. The whole experience has now become very high tech and included a pint of Guinness, well it’s changed too and no longer sets the standard. We finished our trip at Christ Church Cathedral before catching the bus back to the campsite.

PS We were curious about the change in taste and texture and we found that in 2016 and after its 256-year history Guinness changed the receipe so that it became vegan-friendly.
