A once famous astronaut* coined the phrase “to infinity and beyond”. Today we didn’t quite reach infinity, 2.8 miles to be precise, but we did go beyond our usual Forest Inn cycling ride destination, Bar Tropicana.
The ride began on the Castleman Trailway but quickly turned to the right into Udden’s Plantation. The trail was mostly compacted gravel with some mud in places. We went through three gates and the last part of the route was completed on the main road to the Old Dairy Cafe. The return journey back to Potterne park took us approx 50 minutes.
